PracticeLink Full-Time Hospitalist Physician Position in Harlingen, TX with National Wound Physician Group Enjoy clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities. Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence. W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility with work schedules, typically a 45-hour work week for full-time positions. Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. Requirements:
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Practice Overview:
Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm); part-time options available. No call or weekend responsibilities. Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Part-time role requires a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4-5 days per week. This is a mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location. Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day. Complete clinical documentation in real-time using proprietary wound-specific EMR during rounds. Paid training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship are provided. This is a W2 employment; no work visa sponsorship is available. Benefits:
