What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage, maintain, and create client programs, including group excess and special markets billing - Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with insurance carriers - Collaborate with team members to provide sales support for acquiring new customers - Direct and support the team with underwriting, pricing, and proposal preparation - Maintain relationships and provide client support for a book of business of approximately 125-175 accounts

What is Required (Qualifications): - Active Property and Casualty insurance license required upon hire - Experience in Personal Lines with High Net Worth Account/Client Management - Familiarity with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, and PURE - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required - At least 8 years of experience in the Personal Lines industry with extensive High Net Worth Account/Client Management experience - Familiarity with carriers such as Travelers and Progressive - Experience with an agency management system/CRM; fluency with Epic is a plus
