For Level 3:
Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or 9 years relevant experience without degree. For Level 4:
Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years experience, or Master’s + 6 years, or 12 years relevant experience without degree. Required skills include experience with QMS software, root cause analysis, manufacturing environment, and ability to travel. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Northrop Grumman manufacturing, Lean and Six Sigma, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Additional Details
Salary ranges from $78,700 to $147,100, depending on experience and level. The work schedule is 9/80, and benefits include health insurance, holidays, PTO, and bonuses.
