The Sr. Modeler will assist the modeling team in conducting methodological and financial/economic research to develop predictive models, perform detailed data analysis, and support model-related analytics. What You Will Do

Assist the modeling team in designing and developing predictive models under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Quantitative Modeling, providing analytical solutions to support business functions. Maintain model production processes and conduct additional analysis as needed. Support auditors, model governance, legal, compliance, accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence. Assist in model implementation and monitoring. Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and EDW teams to validate and enhance data quality. Qualifications

What You Will Bring

Minimum 3 years of predictive modeling experience. Experience in the financial and auto industry is a plus. Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or related fields. Strong understanding of statistical and data science techniques such as regression, survival analysis, sampling, hypothesis testing, and stochastic processes. Proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms and familiarity with AI platforms. Ability to translate statistical concepts into actionable business insights. Proficient in statistical programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Employees may experience extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking in an office environment, with visual monitoring and noise level considerations. The salary range considers various factors including skills, experience, certifications, location, and organizational needs.
