Windchill Solution Architect(Remote)

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Windchill Developer for a REMOTE role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working from a home office environment. Role and Responsibilities: Design, implement, test, and support PTC's Windchill solutions. Lead a team of developers to achieve technical and functional goals. Design customizations and extensions to meet customer requirements. Develop solutions related to Change Objects, Parts, Documents, BOM Structures, Effectivity, etc. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Windchill instances and supporting software. Advise customers on software process specifications. Integrate CAD tools with Windchill. Upgrade Windchill PLM solutions. Migrate data from legacy systems into Windchill environments. Act as Windchill Architect lead, creating innovative approaches to problem-solving and business growth. Conduct Gap Analysis, data integration, and data migration. Analyze client data models and advise on data cleansing, manipulation, and preparation for migration. Provide maintenance advice or perform maintenance of software systems. Propose high-level PLM solution designs to optimize product development processes. Develop and execute software testing procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Install, customize, and integrate software solutions independently. Qualifications and Education Requirements: 5+ years of experience with PTC Windchill, Windchill API, Java / JSP. Expert knowledge of PTC Windchill 11.1 or later versions. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or similar role. Strong desire to learn and implement new technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
