Lucid is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to manage demand planning, forecasting, spend management, and the overall battery cell value stream across various programs, form factors and chemistries. This role manages all company business related to Lucids battery cell planning and will own the MRP signal for all cell suppliers. The Master Scheduler serves as the key internal interface with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to ensure Lucid delivers world class products on time. As the Master Scheduler of Battery Cells you will be the orchestrator of our battery supply chain. Youll lead the end-to-end planning process for battery cell demand, balancing commercial targets, production forecasts, and supplier readiness. This role sits at the intersection of operations, supply chain, finance, and engineering a high-impact, high-visibility position for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. Youll bring clarity to chaos and ensure that battery supply keeps pace with our rapid growth. Responsibilities include building and owning the battery cell master schedule across programs, translating vehicle forecasts into multi-tier demand signals, managing demand planning within Lucids ERP engine, developing monthly/quarterly demand and supply plans, creating inventory strategies, partnering with Finance for budget planning and spend tracking, modeling scenarios for demand surges and supply disruptions, leading cross-functional planning reviews, developing dashboards and reports, and continuously refining planning processes and tools. Requirements include 47 years of experience in supply chain, operations, demand planning, or strategy, experience with integrated demand, inventory, or material planning processes, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include background in management consulting or strategy, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, experience in automotive or battery sectors, familiarity with ERP and planning systems, prior experience scaling planning processes, advanced degrees, and proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
