In this key role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all work meets client expectations and project specifications. Key Responsibilities
Direct all aspects of assigned projects from kickoff through completion. Control project execution, communication flow, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of project scope and responsibilities. Coordinate closely with Design/Engineering to adapt CAD drawings as projects evolve. Communicate with clients, general contractors, and third parties to address scope, schedule, and questions. Monitor progress and ensure tasks and costs align with budget and timeline goals. Maintain and update project scope documentation and materials tracking. Schedule jobsite activities for field teams and manage task execution. Report weekly to Operations Manager with updates, adjustments, and logistical concerns. Ensure a smooth transition to Installation, Programming, and Service Departments. Assist Accounting with progress billing and financial updates. Assess and document all materials and labor for project records and invoicing. Establish metrics to evaluate performance, response time, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a technology-related industry. Demonstrated success implementing systems and workflows to enhance client service. Proficient in modern project management tools and technology applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interfacing with clients and staff at all levels.
