About the Role:
We’re seeking a
licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
licensed in Texas to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to adults, teens, or young adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of telehealth, the autonomy to set your own schedule, and the support of a mission-driven organization focused on your clinical success.
What You’ll Do:
Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR. Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR. Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Active, unrestricted license as an
LCPC ,
LCSW , or
LMFT in Texas. Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems. Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
