We also offer Couples therapy using EFT and Gottman methods. We see individuals, couples, and families. A&B Family Therapy aims to create a positive impact on the community by offering quality therapy services and seeks to invite clients to experience therapy that helps them connect their past to their present so they may see themselves whole. Role Description This is a part-time employee hybrid role for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Social Worker who does not want to manage a private practice, who would like to be part of a small group practice, and may want to provide Clinical Supervision (optional). The LMFT or LCSW will work from the office in Sunnyvale, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day tasks will include providing relationship counseling for Couples, Family Therapy sessions, and Individual therapy. We are seeking someone who is credentialed with insurance panels or interested in becoming credentialed with A&B Family Therapy group practice. Some responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Experience in treating Couples using EFT or Gottman methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Holistic perspective, trauma trainings in one or more approaches: EMDR, IFS, and/or Somatic therapy Creative in helping clients make sense of their past trauma using experiential, CBT, narrative therapy Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting Master’s degree in CounselingPsychology, or a related field Seniority level
