space? We're growing our
Indianapolis office
and looking for a
Lead Control Systems Engineer
to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with clients—including a major
Eli Lilly
facility—to design, program, and commission advanced control systems using
Rockwell
and
Siemens
platforms. If you thrive in regulated environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Lead small to mid-sized automation projects from concept through commissioning Program PLCs (Rockwell/Siemens) and design control panels and network architectures Interface directly with clients through design reviews and project meetings Support system testing, validation, and site commissioning activities Mentor junior engineers and support project management tasks What We're Looking For: 2–8 years of automation or controls engineering experience Proficiency in Rockwell ControlLogix, PlantPAx, and FactoryTalk View/Studio (Siemens experience a plus) Strong knowledge of control system design and coding standards Previous experience in
cGMP/FDA-regulated environments
is a big plus Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, or a related field Strong communication and leadership skills This is a high-impact role with opportunities to grow in a fast-moving, technical environment.
