Job Summary This position requires a solid understanding of Azure and Microsoft development technologies. The team member will act as a full stack developer working from the database through the backend to the client side. They will also collaborate with product development and other software teams to ensure the completion of visions and timelines set by the business.
Job Responsibilities
Build both mobile and back-end features as a cross-functional developer.
Deliver high-quality multi-platform projects using Microsoft development technologies.
Apply industry’s best practices for object-oriented software development.
Build, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and testable code.
Mentor new and junior team members.
Monitor crash reports, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to drive technical discussions and accurate estimations.
Write and maintain unit tests.
Work independently on medium to large workload items.
Serve as a service owner for a system component, report on its health, and suggest adjustments.
Provide production support as needed during off hours for the team's area of responsibility.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience leading or owning projects that delivered value to users or the business.
Minimum of 5 years in:
.NET framework and/or .NET Core
SQL Server or Entity Framework
Cloud experience
Source control
At least 3 years in some of the following:
Azure DevOps
Unit testing
CI/CD practices
Microservices architecture
Mobile, Web, or REST API development

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Years of Experience: 5-8 years.
