Responsibilities include:
Service and repair residential HVAC systems including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
Conduct routine inspections for safety and efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers and explain solutions
Maintain accurate service records
Follow safety protocols and stay updated on industry standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems
Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repair
EPA certification and valid HVAC technician license required
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Reliable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience with Service Titan preferred
