Regional Sales Manager
in the Central US Territory focusing on Digital Signage, Direct View LED, and IT Desktop sales. The Reseller sales professional will develop & manage the reseller region with a set of states to support, handle account management for large ProAV resellers, cultivate new business, qualify & close major sales opportunities, and build relationships with resellers. This role is field/home office based and will reside within the Florida territory. Responsibilities include developing account acquisition plans, targeting Pro AV and industry integrators, collaborating with specifier teams, managing sales pipelines, serving as a Signage/DVLED sales expert, traveling to drive growth, and targeting reseller networks. Key objectives are expanding LG's Signage/DVLED market share, creating ROI strategies, meeting revenue targets, and staying updated on market trends. Administrative tasks and internal coordination are also part of the role. Achieve and surpass sales targets by cultivating relationships with large reseller accounts and executing sales strategies. Develop and execute sales strategies for existing and prospective accounts, including End User acquisition, and monitor account performance. Collaborate with internal marketing to strategize, plan, and communicate roadmaps for growth. Maintain market understanding to provide insights to sales management. Represent LG at industry events to generate leads, enhance brand reputation, and provide product education. Provide brand and product knowledge through training sessions. Work with external business development teams and internal support teams. Use Salesforce to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines. Coordinate with departments like Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain. Travel approximately 70-75% as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in digital signage monitors and DVLED, focusing on end-user engagement. Experience with top-tier display manufacturers and/or integrators. Proven success in B2B sales, surpassing quotas. Deep understanding of the Direct View LED market and strategic customer relationships. Solution-based sales strategy experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. Business development mindset.
