Responsibilities The Primary Care Physician will : Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results Maintain complete and accurate medical records Review all test results and recommend suitable management for the patient, including preventive health recommendations and habits Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings Qualifications : M.D. / D.O. Board Eligible / Certified in Family or Internal Medicine DEA / BLS / ACLS certifications 1-3+ years experience Desired Skills : Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained
