Fort Wayne, Indiana . This position is part of IU Health's strategic growth plan and offers a lucrative, foundational role. Partner with a robust primary care referral base within a catchment area of over 375,000 to build a successful practice. Enjoy an autonomous practice supported by APPs at IU Health’s newest hospital, scheduled to open in 2027.
