PracticeLink . Beverly Hospital, a member hospital of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is actively recruiting nocturnists and day hospitalists. It is a 221-bed community hospital located in Beverly, MA, about 35 minutes from downtown Boston. The hospital is recognized by Blue Cross and Blue Shield as one of the top hospitals in Massachusetts, has achieved the Truven Top 100 Hospitals title 7 times, and has received A grades for patient safety and outcomes from Leapfrog since 2012. The Division of Hospital Medicine at Lahey comprises over 60 FTE physicians and about 10 advanced practitioners, with approximately 25 physicians based at Beverly Hospital. The division operates on a 7 on, 7 off schedule, generally within SHM recommended patient volume ranges. It is a democratic, collegial group where providers are valued and contributions recognized. Beverly offers a family-friendly seacoast community environment with excellent schools, affordable housing, and rich social, cultural, and recreational amenities. It provides easy access to Boston, the coast, and mountains, making it an ideal place to practice and live. Ideal candidates should have strong academic credentials, including residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. They should be dedicated to exceptional patient care, dependable, collegial, and professional, with a team-oriented attitude. Priority consideration will be given to candidates with immediate availability, but applications from graduating 2020 residents and fellows will also be considered. Compensation includes a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
