Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in corporate interior construction to oversee commercial buildouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up office developments. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for office construction projects. Coordinate preconstruction efforts including design reviews, permitting, and subcontractor procurement. Team Leadership:
Manage internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and consultants. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders. Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts. Negotiate contracts and vendor agreements to ensure competitive pricing. Construction Oversight:
Oversee site activities, ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and building codes. Proactively address field issues and keep the project on track. Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their vision is executed effectively. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing office construction projects (buildouts, renovations, or new construction) Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously Deep understanding of commercial building systems and MEP coordination Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Preferred Experience: Experience in fast-track tenant improvement (TI) projects LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and building codes Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Hybrid work environment Seniority level
