Pediatric Hospitalist

physician to join the Pediatric Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Team and provide clinical care at

M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital

.

The Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Hospitalist Service provides 24/7/365 inpatient coverage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. Our hospitalists are fully integrated into a provider team that includes faculty physicians, pediatric hematology/oncology and BMT fellows, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Hospitalists work a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic, research-driven program caring for children and adolescents with life-threatening conditions. Under the direction of the Pediatric BMT faculty, hospitalists will admit new patients with a variety of complex conditions and manage the care of existing patients experiencing transplant-related complications. Responsibilities include developing and managing treatment plans, evaluating and caring for acutely ill patients, coordinating closely with the broader BMT team, and maintaining clear, compassionate communication with patients and families.

Practice Details: Join a

team of 5 Hospitalist Physicians , APP’s, 10 academic physicians and other interdisciplinary team members. Our team delivers care on our 24-bed pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant unit. Openings: 0.8 FTE As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a

multidisciplinary team approach

in managing clinical care. Fully integrated

Compensation Disclaimer

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
