Dignity Health Medical Group Inland Empire, part of CommonSpirit, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, California. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume, collaborative environment within the Inland Empire Heart and Vascular Institute, the second-largest heart program in Southern California. Responsibilities
Work alongside a team of 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 3 Physician Assistants Participate in over 350 CABG, valve, and aortic surgeries annually Perform endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH), assist in surgeries, and provide ICU/telemetry post-operative care Full-time, hospital-based position at St. Bernardine Medical Center, a 342-bed facility known for advanced cardiovascular care What We Offer
Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance Salary Range: $175,000 - $215,000 annually DOE Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Malpractice insurance coverage 401(k) with employer match Employer-sponsored pension plan PSLF eligible position Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current NCCPA certification and California PA license Minimum of 1 year of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience, including EVH, surgical first-assist, and post-op ICU/Telemetry care Community & Region
