Lead a team of test engineers, technicians, and fabricators across mechanical, electrical, and functional disciplines.

Collaborate closely with product design, manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory compliance teams.

Product & Systems Validation

Design, plan, and execute comprehensive validation programs for full trailers and subsystems (e.g., structural, suspensions, braking, lighting, connectivity/telematics).

Lead testing for FMVSS, DOT, and other regulatory compliance, as well as customer-specific validation programs.

Oversee test execution using lab-based and real-world conditions (e.g., track testing, environmental chambers, vibration testing).

Automation & Data Analytics

Drive modernization of test facilities and capabilities, including data acquisition systems, remote diagnostics, and test automation tools.

Implement standardized data reporting, failure analysis, and feedback loops to engineering and manufacturing.

Team Development
