About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, TX office. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game! What You’ll Do: The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include: Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives. Coaching reps on strategy and technique. Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit. Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development. Working with Channel Account Managers to drive business with our partners. What You'll Need: 1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager. Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO. Track record of leading a successful team. Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment. Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate. Bonus Points: Closing experience for a technology company. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $74,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
