As a Manufacturing Engineer , you’ll Investigating processes and procedures and identifying gaps Working with production team and relevant stake holders to get buy in with changes Standing up new capabilities for newly acquired business opportunities Improve processes to enhance cost-efficiency, quality, speed, agility, and consistency Own improvement projects through all phases, including conceptualization, planning, design, manufacturing, in-house testing, documentation, and ongoing support with oversight from engineering manager Conduct root cause analysis on process failures and implement corrective actions Modify existing work control documents and processes Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or STEM related field with 2+ years of professional related experience. Demonstrated ownership and attention to detail in project execution as well as initiative and self-motivation for learning and progressing projects to completion Understand process of root cause analysis on process failures and implement corrective actions Successful management of projects and processes involving multiple manufacturing areas or plants Demonstrated ownership and attention to detail in project execution as well as initiative and self-motivation for learning and progressing projects to completion Preferred Qualifications 5 years or more experience working in a manufacturing facility Experience in Aerospace or Aviation environment Salary Range : 86,394 – 129,030 per year The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, StandardAero considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
