industrial general contractor , is seeking a
Project Manager
to lead and oversee a variety of
industrial construction projects . This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate field operations, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a

that manages projects across an

industrial construction projects
including
steel, concrete, millwright, and masonry work . Lead project
pre-bid activities, scope preparation, estimating, and bidding . Manage subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment , ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate closely with
field crews , ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Develop, maintain, and adjust
project schedules
while proactively identifying and addressing long-lead items. Handle
contract negotiations, change orders, purchase orders, and owner billings . Conduct
project risk assessments
and recommend value engineering opportunities. Ensure and enforce
job site safety compliance , including audits and hazard mitigation. Identify
constructability challenges
and propose solutions. Maintain
budget adherence, insurance requirements, and project scope compliance . Provide
leadership and mentorship
to field teams, ensuring professional growth. Regularly visit job sites, requiring
climbing stairs and ladders
in industrial settings. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum
5+ years of experience
in construction project management, with a strong background in
industrial construction . Proven ability to
lead, mentor, and develop teams . Business development experience is
preferred , including
sales and client retention skills . Prior experience in a
fast-paced, high-stakes construction environment
is beneficial. Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated
leader with strong
business acumen and decision-making
abilities. Excellent
negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication
skills. Ability to
adapt to challenges, drive solutions, and maintain professionalism under pressure . Education & Technical Expertise: A
degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
is required. Equivalent work experience
may be considered
in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in construction project management tools
(Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.). Experience with
Microsoft Office Suite
