This Is What You Will Do:
Commissioning and testing industrial material handling controls systems. Work on special technologies such as Dematic Multi-shuttle Systems (DMS) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR). Perform technical interchange and knowledge transfer regarding processes and product application. Handle a full range of professional work, resolve complex problems, and participate in system acceptance testing and customer support. Provide leadership to less experienced engineers. What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with Siemens PLCs is required; Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of AC drives, Ethernet IP network design, and machine safety are advantageous. Experience with scanning devices using photo recognition or placement photo eyes. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to travel (~40%), and self-starter attitude. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Additional Information
