We are a "Flat Organization" In the sense that our two titles are CPA & Partner. We don't have the standard corporate ladder of a firm, rather everyone does both prep & review, and salaries are based according to experience.

Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior to join our team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a CPA qualification and experience in Big 4 public accounting or a larger regional Firm. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals Assist in tax planning and research for clients Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service Supervise and train junior staff members Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations Participate in firm-wide initiatives and projects
Qualifications
CPA qualification is required 3+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably in Big 4 Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software
