Key Responsibilities:

·& & & & & & & Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance (PMs) on industrial equipment. ·& & & & & & & Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability and production efficiency. ·& & & & & & & Notify Maintenance Team Leader, Production Team Leader, or Operators once tasks are completed and tested. ·& & & & & & & Communicate clearly and consistently with other maintenance team members and shift leadership. ·& & & & & & & Rotate and assist other maintenance specialists to optimize time management and workload distribution. ·& & & & & & & Assist with planned equipment changes to minimize disruption in operations. ·& & & & & & & Maintain facility, production equipment, and property in safe and efficient condition. ·& & & & & & & Support engineering and quality teams in improving equipment reliability and system capability. ·& & & & & & & Contribute to on-the-job training by sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting techniques with peers. ·& & & & & & & Complete additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or leadership. Technical Skills: o& & Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics o& & Basic hydraulics knowledge o& & Electrical experience o& & Familiarity with tools and industrial maintenance technologies o& & Working knowledge of forging, compacting, deflash, double disk grind, shot peen, whitelight inspection ·& & & & & & &

Minimum Education: o& & High School Diploma or equivalent o& & Associate degree in Applied Science (Electronic, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Automated Manufacturing) or equivalent experience ·& & & & & & &

Minimum Experience: o& & At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance and manufacturing operations o& & 4 years preferred o& & Hands-on experience with compacting, forging, deflash, double disk grind, shot peen, whitelight inspection, video ink jet, magnetic particle inspection, and dip tank operation is highly desirable Additional Information:

12-month contract-to-hire

position with opportunities for permanent placement based on performance and business need. ·& & & & & & & This role requires working

overnight/3rd shift hours . ·& & & & & & &
