The expected salary range is $127,800 to $142,000, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION You will play a crucial role in supervising, coordinating, and assigning Maintenance Division activities to ensure a productive workforce. You'll work closely with department schedulers and planners, ensuring all activities align with company policies and regulations. Your leadership will support the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work and participation as an Emergency Plan team member. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervise craft personnel to guarantee that maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, adhering to CEC procedures and NRC regulations. Coach, mentor, and manage performance, including initiating disciplinary actions when necessary. Communicate significant CEC and personnel matters effectively to management, fostering open communication and collaboration across organizations. Ensure that company programs and announcements are clearly communicated to team members, while gathering feedback for improvement. Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings to ensure work is properly assigned and ready for execution. Support and administer Maintenance processes such as training programs and procedure revisions, identifying improvement opportunities when possible. Oversee vendor inspections and the repair of CEC equipment, ensuring effective use of materials and tools. Contribute to the overall management of the Maintenance Department, supporting the development and monitoring of corporate and divisional goals. Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including emergency response duties and support for outage activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience. Meet minimum access requirements and maintain favorable medical examination results as needed for the position. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Proficient in electronic work management systems and Microsoft Word, Excel. A minimum of 3 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
