Title: SAP Developer
Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311
Duration: 9 months with potential for multi-year extensions
Skills: Solid working knowledge of SAP development tools (e.g., Web Dynpro, Classical Dynpro). SAP Modules: SD and MM are most critical. SAP Version: ECC experience is sufficient; S/4HANA not mandatory. Middleware: PO and CPI experience preferred but not required. Integration Tools: Not a focus for this role.
Education:
No formal degree required; high school diploma is sufficient.
Team Structure & Project Info:
Team Size: SAP development team handles 20-30 projects annually. Current Project: Site extension and new distribution center. Team Members: One other developer currently on the project that this person will be working with. Daily Tasks: Review emails, coordinate with team, begin development, support testing, resolve issues, and handle production hypercare.
Interview Process:
Format: Microsoft Teams video interview. Duration: 1 hour with four leads (15 minutes each). Follow-up: If needed, a 30-minute call with the manager.
