At Majestic Photobooth, we create unforgettable photo experiences for brands, venues, and events across the country. Whether it's a high-end brand activation in NYC or a neighborhood bar in Nashville, our booths bring people together and make moments last. The Role
We're growing fast - and as we scale our national footprint, we're hiring an Office Coordinator to help keep our internal operations running smoothly. This person will be the go-to for office management, team support, technology provisioning, and light executive assistance - supporting both HQ and our field teams across the country. You'll report to the Director of Finance & Administration and collaborate closely with our operations and finance teams. What You'll Own
Day-to-day office operations, supply management, and vendor coordination Equipment tracking, inventory, and tech provisioning for new hires Scheduling, travel bookings, and internal logistics across departments Coordination of internal events and team activities Onboarding support and access management for new hires Special projects to support Finance, Operations, or other internal teams You Might Be A Great Fit If

You bring positive energy and a calm presence, even when things get busy. What We're Looking For
2+ years in an administrative, office coordinator, or operations support role Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar);
Notion is a plus! Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and taking initiative Prior experience in a creative, fast-paced, or startup environment a plus Why Work at Majestic?
