You’ll be working side-by-side with me and other members to learn the real estate business from the inside out — from marketing to operations to client experience (while helping shape the future of our brand). $35,000 - $50,000 Responsibilities:
Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events Order office equipment and supplies as needed Improve skill sets through employee development programs In Summary: You'll be helping us to create engaging marketing content (social media, email, video, print) that captures our personality and brand voice Manage and optimize posting schedules across platforms Capture behind-the-scenes moments and turn them into scroll-stopping stories Support client communications, scheduling, and transaction coordination Assist with event planning, brand initiatives, and community outreach Learn real estate business systems, marketing strategies, and leadership skills Help keep operations running smoothly while spotting opportunities to improve Qualifications:
Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized About Company Every great story starts with a vision.
