Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Electrical Superintendent
to oversee large-scale electrical projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. This position requires managing crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, local codes, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct all on-site electrical work, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Supervise and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices, providing guidance and training as needed.
Develop and implement project schedules, coordinating with other trades and subcontractors to optimize workflow.
Enforce compliance with Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during project execution.
Manage procurement of materials and tools, ensuring availability for project needs.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, engineers, and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns.
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, workforce schedules, and job site conditions.
Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by state or local jurisdiction).
Minimum of 8 years of electrical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
Extensive knowledge of commercial, industrial electrical systems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
OSHA 30 certification .
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites and industrial facilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
