Are you a strategic and creative marketing leader? We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives for a significant enterprise client, managing a national portfolio of over 10 locations. In this role, you will oversee the entire customer journey, from executive-level programs to everyday dining experiences, crafting and executing insightful marketing strategies that resonate at every touchpoint.
In close collaboration with partners in Culinary, Finance, and Operations, you will develop a scalable marketing vision designed to drive revenue, meet operational targets, and adapt to the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Strategy:
Lead marketing strategies across the entire customer journey, creating tailored experiences that enhance satisfaction and engagement, ultimately driving profitable growth. Marketing Execution:
Manage quarterly and annual marketing planning across multiple locations, ensuring flexibility to accommodate trends and emerging insights. Develop merchandising strategies that elevate presentation and boost sales. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Culinary, Finance, and Operations for effective execution and alignment of financial objectives. Maintain strong communication and planning rhythms, and manage direct reports to translate the strategic vision into action. Insight Reporting:
Develop a measurement strategy to track performance across all sites. Communicate marketing strategies and insights to senior leadership clearly and visually, facilitating optimization based on data and evolving priorities. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, particularly in multi-site or complex operational environments. Strong understanding of merchandising, customer behavior, and experience design. Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning internal partners. Excellent communicator and strategic thinker with strong organizational and storytelling skills. 3+ years of experience in managing a small team. Experience in the hospitality, food service, or retail industry is highly preferred. Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
