Ability to tell and visualize a data story, including recommendations of what is working and what needs improvement
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Data Science
Additional Qualifications: 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
5+ years of experience working with data analysis in Human Resources
Ability to work in a team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
PHR or SPHR Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
