Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas. Respond to maintenance-related calls from other departments. Communicate effectively with team members to pass down maintenance issues. Document daily work in both paper records and maintenance management systems (SAP). Troubleshoot and repair complex issues on all production equipment. Efficiently use inventory parts and document usage accurately. Identify problems and propose solutions to enhance operational processes. Conduct preventative maintenance checks. Coordinate with equipment vendors for troubleshooting and quotes. Learn and utilize SAP for documentation and work order management. Perform advanced preventative maintenance on plant equipment. Accurately use measuring devices and testing equipment for troubleshooting. Possess at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Able to perform physical tasks, including kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Proficient in using tools for mechanical and pneumatic systems. Basic computer skills are essential. Experience troubleshooting electrical power and control systems. Preferred Qualifications Basic welding skills. Work history from the past 12 months. Ability to operate forklifts and other motorized equipment. Experience programming PLCs using schematics and ladder logic. Completion of an industrial maintenance certification program. A minimum of 1-year maintenance experience with proven preventative maintenance proficiency. Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
