Overview We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping individuals facing mental health challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic health issues, this role is for you. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in a supportive, remote setting. Benefits Work remotely with a company-supplied MacBook and iPhone This is a W2 position All credentialing, marketing, and caseload provided by our practice Minimum requirement of 23 scheduled sessions per week, with a maximum of 30 for those wishing to work more Receive compensation for paperwork time, based on the number of appointments scheduled Competitive compensation per appointment attended by clients, plus paid paperwork time regardless of attendance Weekly paid one-hour meetings with staff on Thursday mornings Paid Time Off available upon starting the position Two Bereavement Days per year in addition to PTO Paid licensure and license renewal for any additional licenses obtained while working with us 401k benefits available after six months of employment Blue Cross Blue Shield health benefits starting immediately Group CEU course provided once per year Access to discounted rates on life, homeowners, and auto insurance through Paychex flex benefits Assigned weekly supervision group to foster team connection while working remotely Opportunities for professional growth and increased compensation Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs Provide tailored individual therapy sessions to meet clients' unique needs Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments Support clients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, and OCD Engage in case management activities to coordinate care and resources for clients Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients Participate in staff and supervision meetings Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC); if not currently licensed, willingness to obtain licensure with costs covered by the company after three months Preferred experience in working with individuals facing PTSD and trauma Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and therapeutic techniques Proficient in documentation practices and case management processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to telehealth regulations Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve by providing exceptional mental health care.
