The Sterile Processing Supervisor oversees hospital central supply personnel, including stocking, furnishing sterile and non-sterile supplies, and equipment management. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Manage inventory, sterilization processes, and record-keeping for medical supplies and equipment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in healthcare preferred. 3-4 years supervisory experience in sterile processing or related experience. Certification: CRCST or CSPDT, with ongoing education credits. Position salary ranges from $58,656 to $98,384. This is a full-time, mid-senior level role within the healthcare industry.
