Description Job Summary:

The Associate Director of the Anesthesia Doctor of Nursing Program (ADNP) is a faculty member responsible for leading the program in the absence of the Program Director (10%). The Clinical Coordinator develops and evaluates the clinical residency curriculum, ensures compliance with accreditation standards, and acts as a liaison among students, faculty, and the campus community, dedicating 90% of their time to these duties. Duties and Responsibilities:

The ADNP Associate Director/Clinical Coordinator oversees regional clinical coordinators, ensures compliance with COA and student experience criteria, participates in scholarship and service, and maintains active engagement with the nurse anesthesia community. Responsibilities include chairing the Clinical Review Committee, managing clinical evaluations, developing rotation schedules, supporting accreditation efforts, expanding clinical sites, supervising coordinators, and supporting student advisement. Scholarly Duties:

Oversight of program standards, scholarship, research, and professional presentations. Service:

Participation in committees, student activities, professional representation, and community engagement. Qualifications:

Doctorate in nursing or related field, master's or doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia, clinical experience as a CRNA, current licenses and certifications, teaching experience, scholarship record, and professional service involvement. Skills:

Nurse anesthesia expertise, communication, computer literacy, technology in education, collaboration, and valuing scholarship and service. Employment Details:
