Dignity Health Medical Group Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If youre eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!
Practice Highlights : Join an experienced ENT in a collaborative, supportive group setting Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional pediatric cases Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume Dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care Collegial, team-oriented environment Opportunity to precept medical students and share your expertise Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance: One clinic location No nights, no weekends, no holidays No hospital call Resources to Help You Suceed: Mentorship and collaboration with experienced colleagues RN Triage during after hours and weekends Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $475,000$500,000 per year Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance H1B visa sponsorship opportunity for cap-exempt candidates
Qualifications MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA) A valid and unrestricted California medical license DEA Certification
