Job Summary This System Administrator III role will focus on supporting a complex Cisco Network environment and collaborating with the various IT Operations Teams. Monday through Friday and weekend or overnight hours as required.

Travel: Up to 10% or as required

Job Specific Duties Design, implement, and manage complex Cisco network solutions for enterprise environments. Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Perform network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, security and other network and system problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Maintain and upgrade Splunk and network monitoring environments as needed. Perform wireless access point design and configuration Perform configuration and maintenance of Cisco Umbrella Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco technologies. In-depth knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, FTD firewalls, and other networking equipment. Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Experience with network monitoring and management tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enterprise level experience Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting languages. Familiarity with VoIP and wireless networking technologies.
