Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Facilitate scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprintretrospective. Ensure team follows scrum framework and agile principles. Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIS and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time Required Skills: Minimum 3 years experience as a scrum master 3 Years azure devops experience General conceptual understanding of programming and db querying. Strong knowledge of agile Scrum principles and practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Prior knowledge of agile project management tools Experience and ability to integrate hybrid project management (agile combined ITH waterfall) Preferred Skill: Certification in agile methodologies, like certified scrum master (CSM) or professional scrum master (PSM). Government experience desired but not required ERP experience preferred General conceptual Understanding of programming and db. querying. Education: Bachelors degree Preferred Education/Certifications: Certification in agile methodologies Such as certified scrum master or Professional scrum master
