About The Team The IAM operations and access control group manages user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and related controls. About The Role The Principal IAM Specialist will lead the transformation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), defining processes and procedures for application onboarding, data analysis, role mining, and compliance controls (SOX/SOC). The role emphasizes IGA, certification campaigns, entitlement management, and metadata updates, with a strong focus on controls such as Soc2/3, SOX, and ISO. Collaboration with security, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders is essential to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and strengthen access controls. Key Responsibilities
IGA Transformation & Onboarding Process Development:
Design scalable, standardized IAM processes and SIPs; define governance models, access policies, and automate workflows; collaborate with stakeholders for compliance. Data Analysis & Role Mining:
Conduct role mining, entitlement reviews, and develop analytics dashboards for compliance and risk management. SOX & SOC Compliance Controls Mapping:
Map IAM controls to regulatory standards; establish certification and segregation of duties processes; work with auditors for policy adherence. Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Partner Access Governance:
Manage privileged accounts, third-party/vendor access, implement Just-in-Time access, monitor sessions, and enforce least-privilege principles. About You
Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years in IAM, Security, or Compliance; expertise in IAM platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta), PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust), access control models (RBAC, ABAC, JIT); strong knowledge of SOX, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001; experience with data analysis, SQL, Power BI, and automation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM). Additional Information UKG promotes diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
