Team Overview We are seeking a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to lead the integration of security best practices within our Cloud Operations. You will work closely with business leaders and the CISO to develop a deep understanding of the business, enabling risk-based security discussions and guidance on policies and controls. As the primary security advisor, you will identify and address risks related to customer data in cloud environments like AWS and Azure, while enhancing security processes for customer requests and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk management, cloud security, and security awareness, with a strong ability to balance business needs and security imperatives. This role requires a proactive, collaborative mindset to ensure security acts as a business enabler rather than a blocker. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted security advisor for Cloud Operations teams. Act as the primary liaison with the security team. Develop and implement security controls to protect customer data and service integrity. Ensure security measures are in place against threats and vulnerabilities in Azure and AWS. Conduct security assessments and audits of cloud environments. Maintain documentation for security controls, policies, and procedures. Remediate audit findings collaboratively with internal teams. Participate in security initiatives and cross-functional projects. Report risks, issues, and metrics to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 7+ years of experience securing enterprise cloud environments. Proven ability to align security strategies with business goals. Relevant cloud/security certifications are a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range: $140,200 - $187,700 USD.
