Principal UX Product Designer
who can think across multiple disciplines to create holistic workflows. They use imagination, logic, and collaborative workshopping to generate new ideas, utilize cutting-edge technology paired with proven standards to change how their stores work. They prototype innovations in their test labs and partner with research to rapidly iterate designs live in one of their 4,000+ stores. If you are a hands-on problem solver, who can work with multiple stakeholders, turn limitations into opportunities, and lead the team in setting a future vision, then this may be the role for you. Mastery of a wide spectrum of design disciplines. Craft with visual acuity, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to solve difficult problems with grace. A strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach to making complex workflows simple. A track record of shipping successful products while managing multiple stakeholders. Expertise to explore various design ideas and iterate quickly. Experience facilitating design sprints, workshops, or research sessions. Comfort with ambiguity, embracing constraints and the unknown, and enjoying discovering and defining the problem space. Authenticity, strong communication, listening skills, and the ability to connect with people with kindness, humility, and empathy. Strong storytelling skills to articulate design rationale and influence decision-making with stakeholders. You will make an impact by: Designing best-in-class product experiences with a focus on craft. Partnering with research, product managers, and engineers to create insightful design solutions. Balancing business goals with user needs. Rapid prototyping and experimentation in a fast-paced environment. Managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities. Creating scalable experiences with our Design System team. Championing the Design Thinking philosophy across the business. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional partners. Staying current with the latest trends in retail and technology. Preferred qualifications: Degree in Industrial Design, Digital Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or similar, with 7+ years of product design experience. The target hiring compensation range for this role is
$155k – $170k . Compensation is based on factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
