About This Role
Bitwise is looking for a Network Systems Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities Will Include
Use Network Engineering, System Administrator, and command line Linux skills to maintain a full and robust multi-server network Manage the overall operational health of a customer network; must be a self-starter to lead technical efforts across organizations Support the design and infrastructure of the network with a future overhaul planned Thorough knowledge of Secure the Enterprise (STE)/Secure the Network (STN), Risk Management Framework (RMF) to ensure system compliance Create and maintain accounts, troubleshooting at all levels
Requirements
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered. Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration. Current experience with management of virtualized infrastructure, including multi-node and multi-site networks Recent experience with Linux and Windows operating systems (command line a must) Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered. Recent experience with containerization, Docker, and/or Kubernetes a plus Experience with CNO Development experience helpful but not required

Salary Range

About This Role
