Accounts Payable Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role involves managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines for processing invoices, auditing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance, reviewing statements and communicating effectively with vendors, entering invoices received in a database to validate it is a currently serviced location, and uploading invoices for payment. Essential Skills include accounts payable experience, proficiency in invoice processing, strong accounting and data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and experience with Oracle. Customer service and vendor management skills are also required. Additional Skills and Qualifications include an associate's degree in business, accounting, or related field, 1-2+ years of related experience, strong Excel and time management skills, great communication, and the ability to multi-task. ERP experience is a plus. The work environment is comprised of an office setting with cubicles. The role requires proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to perform daily tasks. The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr.
