Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent PreferredProof of current CPhT standing and Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Registration Required;Successful completion of the National Certification Examination by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician (ICPT) required 6 months from date of hire/transfer; Institutional pharmacy or medical experience PreferredRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
