How you will contribute Am Imaging Supervisor who excels in this role: Oversees daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care Supervises and supports imaging technologists, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture Performs CT and X-ray exams as needed, maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage Ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards Manages scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations Collaborates with radiologists, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services Monitor sequipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls Leads quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
