We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Sandblasters to join our team in Lakeland, FL (33811). As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and refining surfaces using sandblasting equipment. This is a full-time position on the 1st Shift with weekly pay at
$17.00 per hour. Responsibilities
Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, masking, or protecting sensitive areas. Operate sandblasting equipment safely to clean and treat various surfaces. Ensure surfaces meet required specifications after sandblasting. Inspect equipment for maintenance or repairs before and after use. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications
Experience in sandblasting or a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to operate sandblasting machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting and prolonged standing. High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
