Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant to support our finance and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, old-school environment and enjoys working with physical documents and spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable: Prepare and send customer invoices manually and via Excel. Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts using paper files and spreadsheets. Accounts Payable (AP) Support: Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment tracking. Match purchase orders with invoices and verify accuracy. Help maintain vendor files and payment logs. Billing & Administrative Tasks: Generate billing statements and reconcile discrepancies. File and organize physical paperwork (invoices, receipts, statements). Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support. Assist with inventory paperwork and order documentation. Qualifications

Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or administrative support. Comfortable working with Excel and manual recordkeeping. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with construction supply or distribution industries is a plus. Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
