Accountabilities Own and maintain the modern data platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability across systems. Monitor and optimize Snowflake, dbt transformations, data ingestion pipelines, and Tableau analytics layers. Build data pipelines and APIs to connect across data systems and unlock new business capabilities. Implement data engineering best practices, including CI/CD workflows, testing, and documentation. Design and maintain scalable dbt models and ELT pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases. Partner with analysts and stakeholders to deliver trusted, business-ready data sets. Reduce complexity and optimize storage and consumption costs. Design and maintain dashboards, including Tableau administrative management. Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to translate business requirements into engineering solutions. Identify and implement efficiencies in platform architecture, data processes, and pipeline performance.
